  • To book a consultation click here or contact us via phone or email. We will schedule a convenient time to discuss your needs and tailor our services to meet your requirements.

  • During a consultation, we will visit your property, meet you face to face, then discuss your goals and any specific requirements you may have. We will also assess whether any storage solutions or preparation will need to be sorted out in advance of our visit.

  • Our services are priced based on the number of organisers needed, the type of service, duration, and location.

  • The duration of a organising session can vary depending on the scope of the project and your preferences. Please contact us to arrange a personalised quote.

  • Absolutely! We understand that every client is unique, and we are happy to customise our services to meet your specific needs and preferences.

  • Yes, we provide services outside of Warwickshire. Please contact us to discuss your location, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • We recommend booking our services 6 to 8 weeks in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer.

  • Yes, our services are accessible and suitable for individuals with disabilities or mobility issues. We will work with you to accommodate your needs and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

  • Yes, you can request a specific organiser to work with. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

  • Yes, we offer ongoing maintenance services to help you maintain the organisation of your home or office. Please contact us for more information.

  • Yes, we take client confidentiality very seriously, and all information shared with us is kept strictly confidential. We have DBS checks and client contracts that include NDAs.

  • If you're unsure which service is right for you, please contact us to schedule a consultation. Our team will be happy to discuss your needs and provide personalised recommendations based on your requirements.

  • Storage solutions for any home organisation project are not included in the price. We can advise what will be needed and can make these purchases on your behalf, but these expenses will be added on to your bill.

    We include 20 minutes of travel time each way for free from the location of your nearest organiser. Anything over this is charged at 50p per minute.

    Parking and congestion charges may apply, but will be discussed in advance.
